BINGO

Goldrush was awarded the first Bingo licences in Gauteng during 1998 and the first licenced operation in South Africa become operational on the 1st October 1998. The Bingo industry in South Africa has grown since the introduction of Electronic Bingo in 2005. The Group owns and operates bingo in the following Provinces:

1. Gauteng – 7 licenses
2. Mpumalanga – 3 licenses
3. Kwa-Zulu Natal – 2 licenses
4. North-West – 3 licenses
5. Eastern Cape – 9 licenses
6. Limpopo – 3 licenses

LIMITED PAYOUT MACHINES

The Group has interests in Route Operator Licences. These licences allow Goldrush to place LPMs in
pubs, taverns, social clubs, and other gambling venues. Strict criteria is required to be met by the owner
of the premises so that they are fit and proper to participate in the gambling industry.

Generally, up to 5 machines may be placed in each licensed premises (but this can be up to 40 under
certain conditions). Goldrush places the machines on the site premises on a revenue share basis.
Goldrush has route operator licenses to distribute and operate LPM’s in the following provinces:

1. Gauteng
2. Limpopo
3. North-West
4. Northern Cape
5. Lesotho (National license)

BOOKMAKER/SPORTS BETTING

The burgeoning market for sports betting led to the Group applying for bookmaker and on-line sports betting licences. The Group has licences in the following provinces:
1. Western Cape
2. Gauteng
3. North-West
4. KZN
5. Eastern Cape
6. Free State
7. Northern Cape
8. Mpumalanga

The Group operates these licences utilizing an on-line portal as well as land based sites under the trading names of Gbets and Betnova. The Group has recently expanded the online business to include the new brand of www.goldrush.co.za.

Given the success of these operations, the Group is expanding its footprint into Africa with operations in Lesotho and further plans for Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Botswana. The Group intends to expand into international markets outside of Africa including Canada and Latin America as prospective markets.
